Christine received her Bachelor in Physical Therapy from Silliman University in the Philippines in 1999. After working for several years in the Philippine she migrated to the United States in 2002 and continued practicing her Physical Therapy profession in several different PT settings, with the bulk of her practice in Outpatient setting. She is a firm believer in furthering her PT skills and has attended workshops and trainings with varied manual therapy modalities including Fascial Manipulation, NAIOMT, Myofascial Decompression among many. In 2012 she started working towards obtaining a Pilates certification initially through Fletcher Pilates but eventually trained with Polestar Pilates Education for her comprehensive training. She is currently an Educator-in-Training for the Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training for Polestar Pilates Education and is also an Oov Educator. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the Pilates Method Alliance. Christine’s 20 years as a movement specialist has taught her that empowering her clients is the key to an effective rehabilitation and Wellness plan.
